Customer Reviews
For my work I have to lay out a lot of piping and cable to run water and electricity lines, so I needed something that would give me a good estimate of the amount of material I need to buy for a job. This get's my pretty close to what I need every time. It doesn't account for slope or anything like that, which is fine because I bury the pipes and cables. But so far the amount of material has been within a dozen feet of the estimated distance every time. Definitely makes it a lot easier than trying to estimate the distance by heel toeing it!
Works just like it should. Less cost of any other. Measures speed is a bonus. While checking on the speed measurement is a car that we know to be correct it was pretty close. You really have to hold it study to get it to read. Aim for license plate, or center mass on car head on, or directly going away from you. Set my buddies radar/laser detector off!
Instructions easy to follow & bought for golfing is a great help in determining yards to target .
Great range finder love the slope reading
Everyone always ask me what kind of range finder is that a vortex, Nikon or halo. I tell them I’m not paying $300 or more on a range finder. This thing is accurate and it works easily. It might not be the most clear out at 400 or more yards but you can still see target and get range. Overall I’m very impressed and it hasn’t let me down especially for the price point.
I have had two Nikon Aculon Rangefinders and this works better than both of them have right out of the package. I have not really field tested in various conditions, but I plan to do so and update if I need to. However, my biggest concern when buying this was..."you get what you pay for." So far, I am happy with how quick this picks up targets. The construction also feels very well built. It is a little larger than my Aculon, but Ill take something slightly bigger if it is going to allow me to be more accurate and dependable in the field.
