I ordered this heating pad to replace a Sunbeam heating pad that randomly quit working after just over a year old. I was hesitant to order a different brand, but after reading the reviews for the PureRelief XL heating pad, I decided to give it a try since it didn't seem to have the issues others were having with the Sunbeam heating pad (like I had had). The PureRelief XL heating pad heats up QUICK (as fast or faster than my old Sunbeam)! I was very pleased to see that. The plush exterior is very, very soft (softer than my Sunbeam) and the turquoise color is very pretty- beachy looking. The cord is very long and reaches from the wall to my chair with lots of cord left. The control is large and easy to see. The display lights up when you first turn it on and when you are adjusting it, but goes dark after that. Nice for the night-time. I have only used it on a level 2 so far and it was pretty warm. I would imagine level 6 would be PLENTY hot. I can't speak to the longevity of the product as yet, but if it continues to work as well in the future as it does now, I would not hesitate to recommend this heating pad and I would definitely re-order it again!

After only using store bought heating pads I was getting tired of them breaking so quickly. My husband found this heating pad from PureEnrichment and it had changed the heating pad game for me! Not only is it soft and durable, but it is nice and hot! With Sunbeams I normally needed to have them set at their max temperature to get the heat I needed, but with this heating pad a level 2 or 3 is more than sufficient. It is also machine washable and does wash up very nicely. If you are in the market for a new heating pad definitely try this one you will not regret it! There is also a 5 year warranty and if you need to use it they have FANTASTIC customer support!

This is probably the best thing I've bought in a while. I'm currently struggling with a slight cold and having a heating pad is very soothing. This one is amazing, its size is perfect. It heats up quick once turned on and isbeasilly controlled and in a timely manner too. I love that it even has it's own storage bag to keep it in too. My only issue with it is how bulky the remote and the connection peice is. It makes maneuvering it a little difficult, but I dony see how it could possibly take away from the quality. It's perfect ❤

This is my second purchase of this; I own two. I have pain that is greatly soothed by heat. I'm afraid I may have become a heating pad aficionado; a regular pad expert. I may never buy another type after being spoiled by this.

At one time, you could buy a heating pad at the pharmacy and expect it to last almost a lifetime. No more; the fragile electronics burn out much too soon. Their cover is cheap and the plastic stiff. Many are flat-out dangerous.

This heating pad is soft and flexible. The electronics are much higher quality. This is much more like the well-made pads of my childhood, but with better timers. They don't overheat. I enjoy a gentle nest of heat for as long as I need.

That's why I decided I needed one at home and in my RV. I am getting close to deciding that I need one upstairs and downstairs. You know what I will buy.

I am a nurse. I work 12 hour shifts. I also workout and love to garden. My back is killing me at the end of the day! I love, love this heating pad. I literally use it every night. I would not be able to sleep without. After having it for 8 months an F showed up on the controls. I plugged, unplugged, as instructed. It still would not work. I contacted the company and they were fabulous! I merely sent a picture of the control with the F and a picture of the invoice. My new heating pad is on its way! Great company!!!!
